We had a fantastic time exploring Lisbon! The metro is just a few steps from the hotel, which made getting around super easy with our young kids. The breakfast surprised us with its solid variety, setting us up well for the day ahead.
My wife says that noise from nearby roads was a bit distracting.

My stay in the Twin Room was pretty comfy! The mattress and pillows were nice, and I even got to enjoy a good-sized balcony. The room on the 4th floor was definitely better than the first one I got on the 3rd. It was quieter and felt more spacious. Just a heads up, water isn't included, so grab some at the reception. Overall, I had a solid experience with nice touches from the staff!
